First, Dunkin' Donuts is a chain, therefore it should be avoided. Second, because it is a chain, they mass produce their donuts who knows where and transport them who knows how long to get to the overabundance of stores in the Philly area (sometimes there are literally a block apart). Third, their coffee is horrible...dank, bitter, and foul. Finally, with James Beard award-winning Chef Michael Solomonov's Federal Donuts in town, why on earth would you put Dunkin Donuts' donuts in your body?

Another place by James Beard award-winning Chef Michael Solomonov, Federal Donuts serves donuts (of course), and they serve coffee (naturally), but they also serve fried chicken (what???!!!???). Don't knock it until you've tried it. If you have their donuts, whether the plain(er) freshly baked donuts or the fancy ones, you will never be able to eat a Dunkin Donuts again. Their fried chicken is amazing, too.
